Eligibility

  • Option 1- 1 Year programme
    Commerce stream students pursuing Class XII
    • li> Option 2- 2 Year Programme
    Commerce stream students pursuing Class XI
  • Completion of Class XII in Science / Commerce / Arts from State Board / ISC / CBSE/PUC or equivalent board.
  • Students who are due to appear in the board exams are also eligible to apply.


Passing Criteria

The minimum passing criteria is 5.5 SGPA(Semester Grade Point Average) and 6 CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average.


ICAI Registration

Eligible to register immediately on clearing Class X or Equivalent Examination.

Last Date for Registration for June attempt (immediately after completion of Class XII Examination)

  • 31st December preceding the June

  • Paper 1 – Principles and Practices of Accounting (100 Marks)
  • Paper 2: Business Law and Business Correspondence Reporting
    Section A – Business Law (60 Marks)
    Section B – Business and Correspondence Reporting (40 Marks)
  • Paper 3 – Business Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Statistics.
    Part I- Business Mathematics and Logical reasoning (60 Marks)
    Part II- Statistics (40 Marks)
  • Paper 4 – Business Economics & Business and Commercial Knowledge
    Part I – Business Economics (60 Marks)
    Part II – Business and Commercial Knowledge (40 Marks)

Note:Paper 1 & 2 are Descriptive papers / Paper 3 & 4 are Objective papers with negative marking.

Passing Criteria

A candidate is declared to have passed if he/she obtains at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers, subject to the principle of negative marking
